How to Register?
- Visit this registration page.
- Fill in all required requests.
- Submit register form.
- Verify your account using an email verification.
- Go to the Komerce Collaborator Login Page.
- Log in using your registered email address and password.
- If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Password?” on the login page to reset your password.
- Once logged in, you will be redirected to the Komerce Collaborator Dashboard and can start accessing available features.
How do I know which API services to use?
Follow the steps below to understand which API services are available to you and how to get started based on your account type.
Login to Your Account
Once you log in, your account is automatically registered as a Starter plan. No additional setup is needed to get started.
Find Your API Key
Your API key is available in the Developer settings. Navigate to:

Shipping Cost API
Use the cek ongkir (shipping cost check) feature instantly with your Starter account — no sandbox or live mode required, and no documents need to be submitted.
Payment API & QRIS API
Start by trying these APIs in Sandbox mode. When you're ready to go live, you'll need to submit a document request to unlock Live mode.
Shipping Delivery API
This service requires an Enterprise plan. To get access, upgrade your package from the Billings menu.
Start integrating
Once your access is confirmed, use your API key to authenticate requests. Refer to the API reference documentation for request and response details for each service.
